A full interior finish out project for a remodel of a interior space into a Ballet Studio / Workout Barre. The scope of work included demo of the existing walls, ceiling, fixtures, etc for a complete new layout. The main studio floor along with 2 separate private workout rooms is the focus of this remodel. It includes offices, a dressing room, a reception and a breakroom and restrooms along with the studio space. The drawing set includes a cover sheet, demo floor plan, renovation floor plan, demolition ceiling plan renovation ceiling plan, 3 electrical sheets for lighting and power, a mechanical plan showing tied into an existing system and plumbing sheets for revised plumbing fixture locations. Spacial layouts, Flow of space and overall project info is great for any exercise facility.
